They owe much to individuals, be they teachers, parents, or their own incentive to learn and take an interest. I guess ultimately that's ultimately what it depends on--individuals. I'm no grammar nazi, but 1) the hoe thing is really ridiculous, and 2) what bothers me most about poor grammar in trending topics is that if I want to participate, I can't ... <i>cannot</i> ... make myself type that way. It's unfair! :-P Okay, okay, I guess I'm done for now.
