Money and happiness

Money can buy happiness up to a point, says a Princeton University study. Let’s face it. Money’s a good thing. You can buy cool things with it, save it up to buy things that require more than a paycheck to buy, and just the idea of having the money to fall back on in case of an emergency is not a bad thing. Being secure and having one’s needs and wants met is one road to happiness (hello Maslow). Being filthy rich probably won’t make much of a difference. Having several financial advisors dabble in your portfolio probably causes more problems than it’s worth.

I’m okay with being happy and doing my own taxes.
