A very happy holiday to you

In case you don’t follow the Is It Christmas? feed or have been living under a rock, today is Christmas, or at least it is in my time zone. Santa has already stopped by my area, though I wasn’t watching when he came by my place. I’m amazed he’s still around, actually; when I was a kid my grandfather threatened to sit on the porch and shoot Santa, and I would beg him not to shoot Santa because I wanted my toys, gorram it.

So have a good Christmas tomorrow. If you’ve already celebrated your holiday of choice or if it’s yet to come, then I hope it’s merry as well. I’d list all of them, but someone’s going to wonder why I forgot theirs. Enjoy the company, don’t eat so much that you regret it, and remember that axial tilt is the reason for the season.
