There’s one very important question that you must ask when pondering a food. No, not “Will it blend?” or “How does it work?” But “Will it waffle?” This is a surprisingly important question, for it puts the normally single-purpose waffle iron in a new light. What happens when it’s eight in the evening and you’re not in the mood for waffles? Why, you make waffle cookies, of course. Lunch time? You should have a waffle burger, or maybe a wafalafel. Yeah, I went there. I won’t lie; I’m pretty impressed with waffleroni and cheese.
It’s a shame that the blog isn’t being updated anymore. Guess I’ll have to dig out a waffle iron and start experimenting. Surely there’s one around here somewhere.
